Yes, you can register for free and use basic features such as browsing other members, editing your profile, liking others, uploading fun moments, etc.
Currently, our app does not support logging into old accounts. You will need to register a new account to use the app.
Tap the profile icon at the bottom right, go to Settings, make the changes, and tap Save.
Since your subscription was made through the store (iOS or Android), you’ll need to contact Apple App Store or Google Play for a refund.
For iOS users:
1. Go to Apple’s refund page: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
2. Log in with your Apple ID
3. Find the subscription order for the iOS app
4. Select “Request a refund”
5. Choose the reason and submit the request
For Android users:
1. Go to Google Play’s refund page: https://play.google.com/store/account
2. Find your Android app order and click “Request a refund”
3. Explain the reason and submit your request
